It’s nearly wedding fayre season again! Here’s a rundown of some to look forward to…

I Do Wedding Fayres, 10am-4pm 

The first I Do Wedding Fayre of the new season takes place at Ice Sheffield on September 2nd. This flagship event sees an entire ice rink taken up by a wedding fayre. On the 16th of September, the Derby Fayre will be held at the Velodrome, the 250 metre track of which makes for an impressive space complete with state-of-the-art facilities. The Harrogate Fayre takes place at the Yorkshire Event Centre at Great Yorkshire Showground on September 23rd. This is a brand new fayre, featuring a bubbly reception, goodie bags, catwalk shows, live entertainment including musicians and magicians, and a wedding car display. These fayres feature more than 130 local wedding suppliers

Pennine Manor Hotel Wedding Fayre, Huddersfield, September 30th 11am-3pm

This fayre offers spectacular views in gorgeous rural surroundings. The hotel has its own specialist team of wedding planners who will be at the fayre – as will a wide array of local photographers, bridal boutiques, wedding cars, wedding cake bakeries and more. Attendees can tour the rooms and facilities.

Sandburn Hall North Yorkshire Wedding Fayre, Flaxton, York, October 7th 11am-3pm

The fayre features more than 50 talented wedding suppliers as well as professional entertainment, music, and two catwalk shows, along with advice and help to plan your dream wedding and find the best venue. Bookings are required.

Denton Hall, Ilkley, November 4th 11am-3pm

The fayre at this country house features over 30 luxury wedding planners and stately rooms filled with wedding inspiration. Bookings are required.

Winter Wedding Exhibition, Waterton Park Hotel, November 4th 12pm-4pm

This free fayre focuses on weddings with a seasonal theme for couples planning to marry during the winter. No booking is required.

Of course, Wedding Venue Lighting will be in attendance at all the above fayres, having won Best in Show at last year’s Leeds I Do Wedding Fayre!
